When you get to top of Alapocas Run, there is a water fountain, drink machine, and bathrooms. It's all by the playground...

I see from this post it has been a couple years since you wrote it. There are markers painted on the sidewalks and trails pointing the way these days. There is still no connecting trail at the end of Cauffiel, but if you turn right and walk down along Gov. Printz for a mile or so, you will come to Edgemore Road where you can cross both Gov. Printz and go under I-495 and back to the entrance of Fox Point. I am hoping eventually they will finish a connecting trail not only to Fox Point, but also the proposed trails linking to Brandywine Creek State Park, which includes its main trail as part of the Greenway.

Enjoyed your photos, too.

You would be happy to hear that the trail is marked amazingly well now - there is paint indicating the trail direction versus the state park entrances. There are also mile/half mile markers.

Good question. It's paved, but I saw no bikes on it the entire time. White Clay Creek area has loads of bike trails though.
